Isa CHEA
Hi, I’m Isa Chea, the founder of Angkor Lady Drivers. I was born and raised in Kampong Khleang Floating Village, a small but beautiful community near Siem Reap. Growing up in a traditional environment, I always dreamed of creating opportunities for women to take on new roles, support their families, and feel empowered.
Angkor Lady Drivers started as a vision to challenge the norm and show that women can excel in any field, including driving tuk-tuks. Today, I’m proud to lead a team of talented women who not only provide transportation services but also share their stories, culture, and passion with travelers from around the world.
For me, this is more than a business—it’s a way to inspire change and empower women to create brighter futures for themselves and their families. When I’m not leading the team, I enjoy spending time with my family, visiting my hometown, and sharing Khmer traditions with others.

Asorn Kim
Meet Kim Sorn – A Dedicated Mother and Angkor Lady Driver
Kim Sorn was born and raised in the countryside of Cambodia, where life taught her the values of hard work, resilience, and hope. Today, she works at a restaurant connected with an NGO, where she contributes to empowering her community. But Kim’s story doesn’t stop there—she is also part of the Angkor Lady Drivers team, where she takes on additional work to create a brighter future for her children.
As a loving mother, Kim is deeply committed to ensuring her kids receive a good education and the opportunities she never had growing up. By working as a tuk-tuk driver, she earns extra income to support their school fees and improve their quality of life.
Kim is a shining example of determination and strength. She is not only breaking barriers by working in a traditionally male-dominated field but also inspiring others in her community to dream big and take action.

Pisey Ong
Pisey Ong was born and raised in the serene yet challenging environment of Kampong Khleang floating village. Despite facing hardships from a young age, including her parents’ divorce during her early childhood, Pisey has grown into a resilient and determined young woman.
Currently, Pisey works part-time as a driver with Angkor Lady Drivers, where her passion for providing excellent service shines. She balances this role with her studies, using the income to support her education and care for her single mother. Pisey’s journey reflects strength, ambition, and a commitment to creating a brighter future for herself and her family.
She embodies the mission of empowerment that Angkor Lady Drivers represents, inspiring others through her dedication and hard work.
