Angkor Lady Drivers was born from a dream to create opportunities for women in Siem Reap, a city famous for its ancient temples and rich culture. Founded by Isa Chea, a woman from Kampong Khleang Floating Village, the initiative seeks to empower women by giving them the chance to step into a traditionally male-dominated profession—driving tuk-tuks.

The idea came from seeing the challenges women face in finding meaningful work and the lack of representation in roles that could bring independence and pride. Isa envisioned a future where women not only contributed to their families but also became role models in their communities. With determination and support, she started training and equipping women with the skills and confidence to drive tuk-tuks, cars and offer exceptional service to visitors.

Today, Angkor Lady Drivers provides unique and personalized travel experiences in Siem Reap. From airport pick-ups and temple tours to visits to floating villages and local markets, the team of women drivers ensures that every journey is safe, comfortable, and infused with local insights.
